About the Role

• Creating personas' of the target audience by running market research
• Monitoring closely the recent occurring in the world, in the fields that our brands compete with, and our rivals, as well as the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
• Following and exploring new technologies, features, and emerging platforms related to the digital world to leverage opportunities for growth and innovation
• Defining social media KPIs' such as engagement and follower growth rates and monitoring them by using tools. Report them on a timely basis. Using those data-driven insights to optimize content strategy and identify areas for improvement, if any.
• Determining the most appropriate social media platforms to run the strategy.
• Drafting and following monthly and yearly content calendars that we follow.
• Establishing coordination with domestic and foreign agencies and managing the design and/or content creation process by providing briefs to the creatives when needed.
• Designing and producing compelling and shareable content, including written posts, images, videos, and other multimedia formats, to maintain an active and vibrant social media presence.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all social media platforms. Maintain brand voice and tone while adapting content to suit the preferences and norms of different social media channels.
• Running advertisements through relevant social media platforms and conducting campaigns to increase the visibility of our brands.
• Follow/Respond/interact with our audience by using the right tone and voice compliant with corporate guidelines.
• Collaborate with influencers, content creators, and sponsors to amplify our brand's exposure and reach new audiences if needed.

Requirements

Desired Profile:

  • Preferably Graduated from Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, Fine Arts, and Marketing departments of reputable universities,

 

  • Preferably experience in volunteer organizations such as AIESEC.

 

  • Min 2 years experience in Social Media Management with a proven portfolio, Preferably in a Digital agency or relevant department of a reputable company.

 

  • Experience in working in a multi-cultural atmosphere.


Desired Skills:

  • Excellent writing, listening, and speaking skills in English, preferably in Turkish as well. Any other language is a plus.

  • Market research experience

  • SEO and digital advertisement experience.

  • Eegar to search and learn.

  • A true go-getter.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication & conflict management skills

  • Strong skills in strategic thinking and planning

  • Planning and Project Management skills

  • Excellent at problem-solving and team-work

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications

  • Knowledge about how to use measurement and control tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Console, Yandex Metrica, Tag Manager, Search Console, etc., and/or the design related programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Reader, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.

  • Knowledge and interest in Photography, and image/graphic design

On the other side, we use marketing and sales channels to promote our brand to reach the buyers so that buyers can buy different needs with optimum pricing/delivery/quality ratio from one brand without dealing with logistics clutter for supplying their needs.

We buy from the source, brand it, and sell it.

The manufacturer gets constant demand without dealing with extra costs, the buyer receives the needs from one supplier, saves time and Money, and we make a profit through sales. Everybody wins.
